remit-match
Product terms

Approve an allocation. Keep your ledger in charge.

remit-match helps organise evidence and produce reviewed incoming-AR allocation instructions. It does not own your books.

Authorised use

Import only records you are authorised to process. Confirm customer identity and source balances. You are responsible for accounting treatment, invoice disputes, tax, write-offs and recording approved results in your accounting system.

What completion means

A balanced cash-allocation control means approved allocations plus unapplied cash explain imported receipts in each currency. It does not mean a balanced general ledger, completed bank reconciliation or successful ERP posting. Export sends local download requests; verify the files arrived before leaving.

Session data and availability

This release does not save financial work across refreshes or accounts. Export before leaving and keep original source files. Browser limits, malformed inputs or missing evidence can prevent a supported proposal. Leave uncertain amounts unapplied rather than force a match.

Independent account and paid features

Remit uses its own sign-in, signup and account service at remit-match.provhq.com. ScopeMentor and the public ProvHQ site do not share this account. Creating an account does not create a subscription or authorise paid processing. A paid capability must show its offer and limits and verify a Remit-owned grant and allowance before use. AI is disabled until that provider and commercial path is connected; each request also requires selected-data consent.

Help and concerns

Contact server@ateliermdt.com with questions or a description of a problem. Do not email unredacted customer financial files unless an authorised handling arrangement has been agreed.
